What Attendees Are Saying

And the Crowd Goes Wild

I didn't really know what to expect. And so I was a little bit nervous coming. But it was great seeing so many familiar faces and just the energy and the excitement. And it just seemed like things were really, really well thought out. Seeing people on the agenda that were familiar names and knowing that they were going to come with such amazing information for us was really, really exciting.

I want to adopt advisory services. I'm a solopreneur right now. And so doing it by myself, it's difficult to gauge how to incorporate advisory and how to actually establish it. So I feel like this really helps break that down and set me up for success to be able to do that.

The workbook that was provided was such a cool takeaway. You get this water hose of information and you're like, what in the world am I going to do with all of this? But having that workbook where you can refer back to it — the prompting questions help you develop answers for yourself, so you can go back and make adjustments within your firm that are really personal and not cookie cutter.

School can teach you a lot about the basics of being an accountant. But coming to an event like this is like where you get to meet people with boots on the ground
